Beautiful and unique small newly built stone house, in a private garden of 7,000 sq.m with large yards, balcony with unlimited mountain and sea views, located very close to the beach, reachable on foot in 5 minutes.

Suitable for couples or small families or friends who like peace and privacy. Ideal escape for those looking for relaxation and summer life.

We are located on the beautiful island of Crete in a quiet area of the seaside village of Sisi Lasithi, in the settlement of Agia Varvara.

Our place is 400 m from the sea on a visitable beach.

Whether you come simply to rest and enjoy the sea and the sun, or to visit archaeological sites such as the palaces of Malia and Knossos from the Minoan period, to go hiking or to shop, Crete has something to offer to everyone.

We are next to the beach in a quiet place and at the same time within a few minutes on foot or by bike to all the local cozy taverns, beach bars, clubs, supermarkets, car and motorbike rental, bus stops, cash withdrawal points and even go Kart.

The 50 sq.m house has a bedroom with a large wardrobe, a living room with a spacious sofa bed and a stool bed, a kitchen outside the rest of the rooms fully equipped, a small bathroom with solar heating and wonderful large outdoor spaces, courtyards and a balcony with unobstructed view

It has air conditioning, Wifi and smart TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board for clothes and clothes rack

The outdoor areas include:

-Small above ground pool 2mx4m

-BBQ charcoal grill

-Small basketball court 6m x 6m

-Two Hammocks. One with a stand for use in the yards and one for use in the garden

Guests have the entire property for their personal use. Full access inside and outside the house. There are no common areas. There is ample parking for cars and motorbikes.

The house also includes -welcome basket, courtesy of the owner -towels and bed linen changes once a week -Baby playpen available on request -Pool cleaning and check once a week -Two bicycles for commuting nearby -first aid box and fire extinguisher
